Recommended webhook sequence

  1. GHL stage/tag or a DDAI operator action triggers the build request.
  2. DDAI returns build status + demo URL and prepares the lead for operator review.
  3. Operator runs Sync to GHL from DDAI.
  4. GHL uses the synced contact, opportunity, and notes to run downstream outbound automation.
